Team CASA Raises over $31,000 at Baltimore Running Festival

On Saturday, October 15, 2011, Team CASA participated in the 2011 Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival for the third time. Team CASA was comprised of 182 volunteers, staff and board members and other CASA supporters who took to the streets of Baltimore to promote public awareness and raise needed funds to support our efforts on behalf of victims of child abuse and neglect. Team CASA raised over $31,000, exceeding our goal by 24%, making this year our biggest and best year ever! We also had more than 20 volunteers who manned a water station at Mile 19 on the race route, and several volunteers who helped out at the Team CASA tent in Celebration Village.
We want to thank our generous sponsors:
Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this event!
