Theresa Olson had her weekend planned. She planned to be on the starting line for the Baltimore Running Festival on Saturday – waiting for the big race to start.
Olson was running for the fifth-consecutive year with Team CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), to raise funds for neglected and abused kids in Maryland. Maryland CASA Association is a nonprofit dedicated to protecting the right of abused and neglected children to a permanent safe home.
